Position: Dredge Master for Komatsu PC 3000
We are on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Dredge Master to join our team. This role is crucial, as you’ll be managing operations onboard a Backhoe Dredger.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a site/operations manager.
• Strong track record in onboard crew management.
• Hands-on experience with the Komatsu PC 3000.
• Expertise in subsea grabbing.
• Solid knowledge of engines, hydraulics, and electronics.
• Competence in the mechanical aspects and minor repairs of a backhoe.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Outstanding communication abilities.
• High-quality workmanship.

Role Expectations:

• You will also perform operator duties.
• We seek individuals who are motivated, flexible, and deeply committed to the operation and maintenance of a backhoe.
