Transport and logistics across Europe

At BCA FTL, we know how important it is that customers receive their vehicle(s) as quickly and safely as possible – regardless of the destination. Therefore, our team goes to great lengths to support and provide excellent service.

BCA FTL is now looking for a structured and service-minded colleague for its European logistics team, who will support the French market. As the new Logistics Assistant, you will get a wide range of tasks where you can look forward to:

·       Support customers with transport orders for their vehicles

·       Booking of transportation and shipments both locally and internationally

·       Handle customer inquiries and requests in French

·       Follow-up on pick-ups and deliveries of vehicles

·       Contact to suppliers and coordination with French and international colleagues and customers

·       Handle export documentation, waybills and transport invoices

You will be based at the office in Vejle, from where you can look forward to communicating daily with your international colleagues, including the team in France. You will become part of a collaboration around the tasks, and in the beginning, you will receive thorough mentor training and ongoing sparring.
