Crew Coordinator for Rohde Nielsen

Rohde Nielsen operates globally, and from our main office in Copenhagen, the crewing team supports the vessel and seafarers worldwide.
About the position:
We are looking for a new colleague to join our dynamic team. As Crew Coordinator, you will assist the crewing team in managing our vessels. You will primarily support our operations by updating our crew management system, registering and keeping all certificates updated, and providing the required documents and certificates for involved stakeholders to support ongoing operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining and updating crew data and documents.
- Communicating with crew members and external partners.
- Ensuring compliance with maritime regulations and standards.
- Assistance with planning and coordination of crew changes.
- Assisting with recruitment, crew development, crew planning, and crew changes.
- Visit our vessels on-site and meet our seafarers in their environment.

- Strong communication skills, fluent in English and Danish, both written and spoken.
