Trafikselskabet Movia (Movia Public Transport) has decided to rent a hydrogen powered fuel cell bus. The purpose of the project is to test and demonstrate one fuel cell bus in normal bus operation.

II.2.4) Description of the procurement:

The purpose of the project is to test and demonstrate one fuel cell bus in normal bus operation. The idea is to circulate the bus on a number of bus routes across Movia's area. The bus will be located at each bus depot for a period of approximately 30 days where the bus is used on the routes served from that depot. The total rental period is expected to be around 7 months. The contract may be extended entailing a total rental period of up to 1 year. The estimated total value includes the possible extended period.

In order to secure the tenderer flexibility to use the bus for other purposes during the project, the Tenderer is entitled to split up the rental period into several sub periods. The project term may not be extended by more than 50 pct. of the rental period.
